What is your pricing? Our pricing starts from the basic package of $59.95. You can view more information regarding pricing here. Will my site work on my new host? Part of our site move process is to verify your current hosting account and your new hosting account features. As we prepare to move your account we will verify that all of the content and extra items for your site can be moved to your new host. If we find something that is incompatible, we will stop the move, contact you, and wait until you find a host that will support your site. Then we can finish your site move. How long will you keep my files? EZSiteMove will keep a back up of the files/folders we move for 14 days. If you need us to re-upload your content or part of your content, please let us know by contacting us here. Do you guarantee my site move? Yes. We guarantee to move your site as requested. We are not responsible if your hosting company does not support your site or the scripts on your site. If your host does not support something required for your site, just let us know the new hosting company that you will use and we will move your site to the new hosting company at no extra charge. Do you install other scripts? Yes, we do. Just sign up for the script installation and include the name of the script in the additional instructions section of the sign up page. One of our representatives will contact you about the details of the script installation. The pricing may differ from the regular script installs, but we will notify you before anything is done. How can I pay for my site move? We accept every major credit card, paypal, or you can mail us a check. Do you charge me when I sign up? No. We will first verify your site and once we are ready for the move we will contact you to let you know that it is ready to be moved and to confirm the site move and the cost of the move. Once we receive your approval, we will then charge you and move your site. Do you securely move my site? Yes. Our tools are developed to securely transfer your data to your new hosting provider. Our technicians are trained to do this as efficiently and securely as possible. However, we do not guarantee the security of your site once it is on the server. Scripts can have security vulnerabilities that leave it open to hacking attempts. Do you have an affiliate program? Yes. Our affiliate program is an easy way that you can earn extra cash by referring your friends for site moves. Anytime you refer someone for a site move, you will receive a bonus based on a percentage of the service that this person purchased. The move people you refer for site moves, the more you make.
