How it works There are three phases in which your order must go through. 1. Inspection Phase During the inspection phase, the information you provided is analyzed, and site specific data is gathered. Once we have all the information required, we will contact you confirming the order and get a verbal confirmation of the order. In case you cannot be reached by phone, an email confirmation will be required. 2. Operational Phase During the operational phase, your order is being fulfilled. It is imperative that you do not modify your content in any way, as any modifications made will be lost. 3. Quality Assurance Phase Your order will be checked for quality. If everything checks out, you will recieve an order completion email, letting you know that everything went through successfully. At this time, you are encouraged to check your site thoroughly for any possible bugs that must be worked out. Although this is a rare occurance, it is still prudent to do a thorough inspection on your end. If you do notice any bugs, please login to your account, and report the occurance immediately. |
